Set the Audiotherm to the roasting symbol (meat icon) and wait for the acoustic signal. The Audiotherm alerts you exactly when the optimal roasting temperature is reached.
What types of food can I roast?
This cooking method is perfect for unmarinated meats like chicken, pork chops, ground meat, bacon, sausages – anything that releases its own fat when heated.
What if the food sticks?
That’s normal. Let it roast undisturbed. Once the crust forms, it will naturally release from the surface – no oil required.
How does my food get a crispy texture when roasting?
When you place the meat onto the hot surface, the natural proteins and sugars in the meat trigger the Maillard reaction—this is what gives meat its browned, crispy surface. Because no water or oil is added, there’s no steam to soften the surface. The meat browns and crisps naturally on the hot surface.
