Can I use the Grill Pan in the oven?

Yes, the Grill Pan is oven-safe up to 230°C (446°F) — just make sure to remove the Audiotherm as well as the Visiotherm as these components are not oven safe.

What do I have to do if food sticks to the surface when roasting without fat?

Let the food roast a bit longer. It will naturally release from the surface once it's properly seared.

Is the Grill Pan dishwasher-safe?

The Grill Pan including the lid with Visiotherm is 100% dishwasher-safe.
Important: Please make sure to remove the Audiotherm before placing the pan in the dishwasher.

How do I know when the pan is ready for grilling?
